Equipment Details
Characteristics of Low-Carbon Profiles
Low-carbon aluminum-wood door and window profiles are composed of Dezhong low-carbon wood-clad aluminum alloy profiles. Dezhong low-carbon aluminum-wood system doors and windows are developed and designed with reference to the system door and window standards of European countries such as Germany and Italy.
Composition of Low-Carbon Materials
Low-carbon materials refer to new materials that can reduce the usage of non-renewable natural raw materials under the premise of ensuring performance, feature low energy consumption, low pollution, and low emissions in the manufacturing process, have a long service life, produce no harmful substances during use, and are recyclable and reproducible. Low-carbon materials achieve energy conservation and emission reduction throughout the production and use process, making them sustainable and future-oriented materials.
Production Process Standards
The low-carbon wood meets the standard for infant food packaging, free of formaldehyde and heavy metal toxins. It adopts unique patented three-cavity PA66 thermal insulation strips and automotive-grade EPDM foam rubber strips, with an eight-cavity structure for super sound insulation. The fire resistance rating of the low-carbon wood reaches national Class B1.
